Instructions for Purchaser:
1) Ensure you have selected the page for the organization you would like to support
2) Fill out the form below accordingly. If you are purchasing more than one denomination of gift certificate you may need to enter the form more than once for each denomination.
3) If you would like to pay by e transfer, please send the total to petfoodsetcfundraising@gmail.com after you have submitted this form.
*Very important: make sure you include your name and the organization you are supporting in the memo of your e-transfer. Make the password:fundraiser
4) If you would prefer to pay Visa or Mastercard, please follow the link below.

5) Once on that link, go to Fundraising Gift Certificates
6) Select the gift certificates with the name of the organization you are supporting on it, and enter your quantity.
7) Once there you can proceed to checkout.
8) You may select pickup at Pet Foods Etc Spruce Grove (allow 1 business day for us to prepare), or delivery. Items will be delivered to your fundraising coordinator to distribute within 2-3 days of the fundraisers end date.
